8434 Glenview

Here’s a cool listing in a golf course community near Hobby Airport.  It is set on a lovely corner lot and has a cool breezeway between the garage and house.

Time machine

This house looks like it has been untouched since 1965.  Check out the sunken tub in the master bath!  The tile is also exquisite.  As I was shooting this place, I fully expected Barbara Eden to enter the room and offer me a glass of tea.

League City Charmer

If it looks like it was your grandma’s house, well it is because is was someone’s grandma’s house!  Now it’s coming to market.  Another fine listing marketed by KW Pearland’s Johnna Little.  She’s unstoppable!

5911 Reamer, or a case of Deja vu

Here are photos from a new listing for Lawrence Dean.  As I was driving down the street, I thought the neighborhood looked and felt familiar.  When I went into the master bedroom and saw the en suite bath, I felt right at home.  This house had to be built by the same builder as my house on Jones Road in Austin.

This one is freshly remodeled and ready to help create new memories!

April Sounds pretty good to me

Friday found me heading north to the Lake Conroe area to photograph a home on a golf course for the benefit of the Karen Monshaugen Realty Group.  It rained the whole way, but I’m pleased with the result I was able to achieve.  this house has a really neat “hidden room” above the garage that would make a cool artist’s studio.

A classic bungalow, just two blocks off The Avenue

Here’s another listing from my heroes at The Berno Group.  Everything they do, they do with style.

For your viewing pleasure, an historic bungalow in the Heart of The Heights.  The stained glass front door with side lights is worth the price of admission, but there is a lot more.  I’m so glad that good people have the good sense to preserve historic homes like this one.  When these old bungalows go away, they will never be replaced.

Tastefully updated home in the Heights!

Charlie Kreiger is one of those guys that other guys like to be like.  He has a growing real estate business as well as his own nightclub.  Here are photos of his new listing in a great neighborhood off of 12th Street in The Heights.
