Sweet Rental in Sunrise Lakes
In all of my years in real estate, I’ve never seen landlords take such measures to prepare a home for the rental market. This is a lovely 4/2.5/2 in the Sunrise Lakes subdivision of Pearland. Community amenities include all of the usuals, like a swimming pool, tennis courts and a clubhouse… but these folks go it one further; there’s a stocked lake for catch and release fishing!
