Two story home in Silverlake.

A new listing for KWP’s Kelli Dilling in a part of Pearland where her name has become synonymous with real estate marketing: Silverlake. 3019 Marble Falls is a two story, 4/2.5/2, in a quiet neighborhood called Weatherford. We used a few different angles and slightly tighter compositions when photographing this home. How does it feel to you?

A Townhome Condo on Westheimer

Brian Rincon’s new listing is a chic 3-story townhome, just a hop, skip and a jump from the Galleria. It features two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a two car garage. And if I had to venture a guess, I would say it is a hair under twenty feet wide. A cool place to live.

Cambridge Cove, with golf course views.

Kelli Dilling’s new listing on Pickering Lane is something to behold. It’s a 5BR/3.5Ba Newmark home backing up to the Southwyck Golf Course. Kelli took over this listing after a different agent couldn’t get the job done. She told me the former agent only posted seven photos on the MLS, none of which featured the view of the golf course that this home enjoys. That won’t be a problem this time. Kelli didn’t earn the distinction of Regional Top Producer by chance.

Our Daly Spread

The Daly Ranch is a lovely property located just outside Houston’s Beltway 8. There’s a horse ring, an arena, a small barn and a spacious home featuring an updated kitchen and common areas. The sellers are moving to Belgium! I wonder if I can convince them to ship me some beer?

Sonia Campbell’s first listing is a marvelous condominium in the San Luis Resort on Galveston Island. Which means I got to enjoy a quick road trip today! This is a 1BR, 1.5BA condo on the 10th floor overlooking the beach. As an end unit, the view is even better.

Elegant Living in the Estates at Shadow Creek Ranch

Kim Goodman strikes again, this time in The Estates at Shadow Creek Ranch. The master suite features a sitting room with a set of back stairs leading to the kid’s bedrooms upstairs. Very clever! The kitchen is a dream, with acres of cabinets and granite counters. That’s two listings in a week for Kim, plus a couple virtual tours… Hmmm… Could she be in the running for January Agent of the Month?

The Barndominium

Most of the homes on my site are for sale, or for lease. This one is an exception, of sorts. The home is not for sale, but the concept is. This is The “Barndominium”, the personal residence of Realtor Heidi Allbritton. She and her husband built their new home last year. From the outside, it is a completely nondescript barn, but the inside… WOW! It is finished out in a fashion that rivals any downtown loft! Heidi and her builder are working on marketing this concept as I write this. Contact her for information on how you can have one of these put up on your property. (Dogs are not included.
