Kelli Dilling’s new listing on Pickering Lane is something to behold. It’s a 5BR/3.5Ba Newmark home backing up to the Southwyck Golf Course. Kelli took over this listing after a different agent couldn’t get the job done. She told me the former agent only posted seven photos on the MLS, none of which featured the view of the golf course that this home enjoys. That won’t be a problem this time. Kelli didn’t earn the distinction of Regional Top Producer by chance.
