Ellis Goodwin of JB Goodwin is a new client.  Here’s a well-appointed listing in a fairly new development near the intersection of S. 5th Street & Barton Skyway.  The sellers have added many updates and the place shows wonderfully.  I believe it was under contract before I finished photographing it.
