A new listing for KWP’s Kelli Dilling in a part of Pearland where her name has become synonymous with real estate marketing: Silverlake. 3019 Marble Falls is a two story, 4/2.5/2, in a quiet neighborhood called Weatherford. We used a few different angles and slightly tighter compositions when photographing this home. How does it feel to you?

In all of my years in real estate, I’ve never seen landlords take such measures to prepare a home for the rental market. This is a lovely 4/2.5/2 in the Sunrise Lakes subdivision of Pearland. Community amenities include all of the usuals, like a swimming pool, tennis courts and a clubhouse… but these folks go it one further; there’s a stocked lake for catch and release fishing! Here’s a new listing from the Allbritton Power House in the Lakes of Savannah.
