Up and Down duplex in Riverside Terrace

If you’re seeking a cool, older home in Inner Loop Houston, you won’t get more bang for your buck than the Riverside Terrace community.  This neighborhood features hundreds of homes built during the first half of the 20th century, and is close to everything Houston has to offer.

This listing was shot for Coy Wheeler of Keller Williams.  It is an up-and-down duplex with beautiful hardwood floors, glass doorknobs and a fireplace on each level.

Classic Idylwood Two-story, updated for today’s lifestyle.

Another fine listing for The Berno Group, this one in the little part of Houston they call home.  This home is absolutely bathed in sunlight.  If potted plants are your passion, then get out your checkbook.  There is a sunroom for reading and relaxing, as well as a family room with awesome stained glass and a great view of the back garden.

A classic bungalow, just two blocks off The Avenue

Here’s another listing from my heroes at The Berno Group.  Everything they do, they do with style.

For your viewing pleasure, an historic bungalow in the Heart of The Heights.  The stained glass front door with side lights is worth the price of admission, but there is a lot more.  I’m so glad that good people have the good sense to preserve historic homes like this one.  When these old bungalows go away, they will never be replaced.
