Multi-level home from the 1970s ready for a second chance
One of my favorite bar trivia buddies is now the office manager of the Papasan Team at Keller Williams SWMC. Rosalyn contacted me to shoot their new listing near Spicewood Springs and Loop 360 in Northwest Austin. This is a very clever, multi-level home in a great spot, just crying out for a second chance as a cool pad. Every bedroom exits to a patio! There is a ton of space inside, and endless entertainment space outside. Who is up for the challenge?

Elegance in Tarrytown
Wendy Papasan is on a roll. Her newest listing is this elegant two-bedroom limestone home in Tarrytown. It features a custom made cherry kitchen, and bathrooms large enough to do the tango without touching a wall. Spending the morning in this lovely home made for a good Friday indeed!

In Lawless territory
No, we haven’t moved to Deadwood. Not yet, anyway. We did, however, visit the Mueller (pronounced “Miller” for my out-of-town readers) Redevelopment to photograph a home on Lawless Drive for Wendy Papasan. Wendy is a true and certain real estate guru, and this shoot is being treated as an audition. Wish me luck!
