The Barndominium

Most of the homes on my site are for sale, or for lease.  This one is an exception, of sorts.  The home is not for sale, but the concept is.  This is The “Barndominium”, the personal residence of Realtor Heidi Allbritton.  She and her husband built their new home last year.  From the outside, it is a completely nondescript barn, but the inside…  WOW!  It is finished out in a fashion that rivals any downtown loft!  Heidi and her builder are working on marketing this concept as I write this.  Contact her for information on how you can have one of these put up on your property.  (Dogs are not included.  You’ll have to supply your own.)

A Sweet Country Retreat in Rosharon

Holly Fedor has a new listing in Rosharon, one she is intimately familiar with. It’s her own home. She has decided to move a little closer to the action, so her beautiful country home is now on the market.

Heidi & Holly join the party!

Here’s a new listing from the Allbritton Power House in the Lakes of Savannah.  Four bedrooms, all up, two and a half baths, and a Texas-sized backyard, complete with horseshoe pits and a pepper garden already in place.  The unique feature of this home is the covered wooden deck with solar screens adding loads of outdoor living space.

A Lucky Horse

I photographed a new listing for Don Jones today in Rosharon, Texas.  (That is about as far as I will go without charging mileage ;>) )  A very nice home, indeed, and owned by a really cool couple, who for their privacy will remain nameless.  They spent many years in Asia, and were smitten with the culture.  Many of their home furnishings and decorative items were hand-crafted by Asian artisans.  It is an added pleasure when I get to work for people who have refined tastes.

And, G— , Thanks for the argiopes.  My son was indeed thrilled.
